Cancellation policy: Purchases, purchase orders, trade show orders and/or any other form of order placed with Tahoe Grinder Company and/or Tahoewholesale.com, in person, online, over the phone, or any other means of placing an order can not be cancelled. All orders are legally binding. Debts owed to Tahoe Grinder Company will be pursued and/or sent to a collection agency.
Backorder Policy: Our mission is to provide the products you order when you order them. However, due to high demand, constant fluctuation of stock, materials, and inventory; some items on your order may go in to back order status and be shipped at a later date, when production is completed, free of any further shipping costs. In the event that a customer prefer substitution of products for other like products; any items on backorder are eligible to be fulfilled with any other product from our catalog up to the value of the backordered item.
